Welcome to Seaman’s house,
We would like to introduce you to the ground rules of this home. They are designed to ensure your comfort and safety. The rules follow internationally established practices.<\/p>\n

-During your stay, please protect the environment, be reasonable with the use of water resources and electricity.<\/p>\n

– Please keep the house clean as you would your home.<\/p>\n

– Upon vacating, the guests are obliged to leave the rented apartment in a decent condition.<\/p>\n

– Please take care of the furniture in the Seaman’s house.<\/p>\n

Reservations, Payment and Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

– The minimum stay in the house is 1 night.<\/p>\n

– Your reservation is guaranteed with a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount for your stay. The remaining 50% is payable upon check-in.<\/p>\n

– In case of cancellation or reduction of the number of nights up to 14 days before the date of accommodation, 50% of the value of the amount received as a deposit is returned.<\/p>\n

– In case of cancellation of overnight stays up to 7 days before the date of accommodation, the amount received as a deposit is not returned.<\/p>\n

– Cancellation or reduction of the number of nights after check-in or during the stay is NOT possible, the client is obliged to pay the amount for the entire booked stay.<\/p>\n

– After making a reservation, a deposit is paid within 2 working days. In case of non-payment, the reservation is considered canceled.<\/p>\n

– Reservations made at the last minute \/up to 7 days before the start date\/ require full payment of the stay. When canceling this type of reservation, the amount is not refunded.<\/p>\n

– Tourist tax is included in the price.<\/p>\n

Check-in\/Check-out<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Check-in is after 3 p.m.<\/p>\n

– Check-out is until 12 o’clock.<\/p>\n

Confidentiality of your personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Following national legislation, as owners we are obliged to collect your personal data upon check-in.<\/p>\n

– All collected personal data are confidential and under no circumstances will be distributed and\/or used by us and\/or provided to third parties, except to state institutions and only if they have a legal basis for doing so.<\/p>\n

In case of damage<\/strong><\/p>\n

– The interior of Seaman’s house was created with a lot of love, according to an individual project, to offer our guests comfort, coziness, luxury and a sense of uniqueness.<\/p>\n

– According to the current legislation and these Rules, the removal of all damages caused by the guests of the house shall be paid for by them.<\/p>\n

– In case of major losses or damages during the rental period, the owner of the Seaman’s house may require the guests to vacate the tourist site without the right to compensation or reimbursement of the amount paid, and may be held financially responsible for the full amount of the damage.<\/p>\n

Smoking<\/strong><\/p>\n

– NO SMOKING ALLOWED in any of the indoor areas of the villa. This includes smokeless cigarettes, hookahs, cigars, cigarettes and any self-made or manufactured smoking devices. For your convenience, all outdoor terraces have ashtrays.<\/p>\n

– Please remember to put the used materials in the ashtrays after smoking.<\/p>\n

Towels<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bath towels are provided during your stay. They must be left in the room upon check-out. Any missing towels will be charged triple the amount.<\/p>\n

Pets<\/strong><\/p>\n

We love animals, but there are guests with health problems such as allergies and others. Therefore, pets are NOT ALLOWED.
